Lobby and roof-top pool were nice. Location was alright.
We booked a deluxe room and it was no where "Deluxe". We had a loud air conditioning unit and a generator outside our window. It was disappointing. Photos on the internet make the rooms look far superior to what they actually are. I would consider it a backpacker's hotel at best.

The swimming pool was a bonus.
Some staff were very good, others appeared to be not so helpful. The hotel did not have our booking details when we arrived but arranged for us to spend our first night at a hotel across the road (the Khao San Park Resort, which was very nice). They allowed us to use the swimming pool at Rikka Inn, which we were very grateful for. We moved to the Rikka Inn the following day.
